Document Center can monitor your collection

Document Center monitors many Standards Collections for its customers.

Document Center Inc. realizes that keeping Standards current is as important as collecting them in the first place. We have 3 levels of notification services to help customers avoid using out-dated information.

ALERT SERVICES:

Here is information about the 3 levels of you could be using for your Standards Collection:
  1. Whenever you purchase a document from us we add you to our Purchased Documents mailing list. This means we send you an email notifying you whenever there is a change to this particular document. We run this service every 3 to 5 weeks. The Purchased Documents service lasts for the lifetime of the document and is free when you purchase standards from us. If you have an existing collection you would like to add to this service, the charge is $2.50 per document.
  2. StandardsAlert: If notification on a monthly basis is not quick enough for you, we also offer a premium service. We do an review of your collection nightly and fax you within 24 hours if any of your standards has changed. The cost for this service is $2 per standard per year. You are welcome to add your collection of standards to this service even if they were purchased elsewhere.
  3. StandardsExpress: You also have the option of putting in a standing order for documents from us. You provide us with an open purchase order number and Document Center Inc. will automatically send you new revisions of standards as soon as we receive them. We will charge you for the document when we ship it and expect you to pay within 30 days. The charge for this is $50 annual fee plus $2 per standard per year. You are welcome to add your collection of standards to this service even if they were purchased elsewhere.
