This specification sets the minimum requirements necessary for the establishment of a written quality assurance program for a manufacturer or component supplier of lighter-than-air light sport aircraft that seeks civil aviation authority approval, in the form of flight certificates, flight permits, or other like documentation.



1.1 This specification covers minimum requirements for a quality assurance program for lighter-than-air light sport aircraft.
