Scope

This specification covers the requirements for polyurethane coating with a maximum volatile organic compound (VOC) and maximum volatile organic hazardous air pollutants (VOHAPs). The coating is furnished in kit form.

Because of the extensive changes in the new MIL-PRF-85285 Revision E, there are no black lines in the margin to show you where the changes are.

Also, please note:  This specification does require the use of MEK solvent.  You'll find information on the safe handling of this chemical in Section 6.10.
