This document describes reviews and controls, independent of national regulations in the Nordic countries, with a primary focus on technical issues within fire safety engineering. It describes how the fire safety design process, including engineering approaches, forms a normal part of the overall control and review of the building process and defines eligibility criteria for the parties performing the controls.
