This Swedish standard specifies the housing (gland) dimensions for metric series O-rings conforming to SS 1586. These O-rings are intended for use in general industrial hydraulic and pneumatic applications with or without anti-extrusion devices (back-up rings). The dimensions of the O-rings (d1 and d2), size identification dash numbers, and tolerances conform to SS 1586.
