This document specifies the minimum safety requirements and test methods for restraint systems, designed to fit around a child's wrist for use when walking. This document does not apply to restraint systems, permanently fitted as an integral feature of child use and care articles. This document does not apply to restraint systems intended for children with special needs. This document does not apply to restraint systems for use in motorised and power driven vehicles.
