This International Standard is intended to serve as a reference for punch users and manufacturers. NOTE 1 The figures are given only as examples to illustrate the terminology. NOTE 2 In addition to terms used in English and French, two of the three official ISO languages, this International Standard gives the equivalent terms in German and Italian; these are published under the responsibility to the member bodies for Germany (DIN) and Italy (UNI), and are given for information only. Only the terms and definitions given in the official languages can be considered as ISO terms and definitions.
