Scope
1.1 This guidance focuses on data exchange between space operators and the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for Air Traffic Management (ATM) operations during FAA-licensed launches and reentries.
1.2 This guidance does not apply to licensing or regulatory purposes, nor to the tracking of payloads, such as satellites.
1.3 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. No other units of measurement are included in this standard.
