This European Standard specifies a method for the determination of ochratoxin A at levels greater than 0,4 μg/kg.

The method has been successfully validated in 2 interlaboratory studies according to ISO 5725:1996 [1] on wheat whole meal containing 0,4 μg/kg and 1,2 μg/kg of ochratoxin A.
